Terms of Service

Plume! · Effective October 30, 2026 · Developer: MuffinFluffin

These terms cover Plume, its optional Shark Pond account, DreamCatcher online play, chat, and the optional Discord account link and voice parties. Using Plume means you accept them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

Your games and files

Plume includes no games, BIOS files, or firmware. Only load files you own and dumped yourself. You are responsible for the files you use and for mods you make or install.

Shark Pond accounts

An account is optional. Keep your sign-in private and pick a username that does not impersonate anyone or contain slurs, threats, or sexual content. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Conduct

Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other players in games, chat, or voice parties, share illegal content, cheat in ways that affect other players, spam, or try to break or overload Shark Pond servers. Report a player from their profile or from a chat message. We review reports and may remove content, suspend, or close accounts that break these rules.

Discord and voice parties

Linking Discord is optional and uses Discord's own sign-in. Plume never sees your Discord password. Voice parties and party chat run on Discord and are for ages 13 and up. Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply to anything you do on Discord, including party voice and messages. You can unlink at any time.

Purchases

Purchases are processed and refunded by Apple under the App Store's terms.

No warranty

Plume is provided as is. Emulation is not perfect and some games may not run. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, save files, or indirect damages from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Plume after a change means you accept it.
