Privacy Policy

Surume does not use advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. It does not track you across apps or websites. Games, BIOS files, save states, and library content stay on your device.

What stays on your device

Game files, BIOS files, save states, screenshots, settings, and library metadata stay in the app's Documents folder unless you delete them or remove the app.

Shark Pond account

An account is optional. If you create one, the Shark Pond server stores your username, friends, trophies, and Premium status so they follow you across devices. Reports you send about another player, and reports about you, are stored so we can review them.

Discord

Linking Discord is optional. Surume uses Discord's sign-in with the identify permission only, so it receives your Discord user ID and username. Your Discord password and sign-in never reach Surume or Shark Pond. Shark Pond stores the ID and username on your account to show your linked Discord. Unlinking removes them.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. Surume never sees your payment details.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or profiling. Account data is shared with no one except Discord, and only when you choose to link it.

Deleting your data

Email us from the contact below to delete your Shark Pond account and everything stored with it.
