Get help

Report a Problem in PlayPc's menu sends a screenshot and the end of the session log with your message, which is the fastest way to get a game looked at. Discord and email work too.

Filing a useful report

Include your device model, iOS version, the PlayPc version, the game and its store, and what happens and when.

Requirements

PlayPc requires iOS 17.0 or later on iPhone or iPad, and games play in landscape. It runs 64-bit and 32-bit Windows PC games you own on Steam, Epic Games or GOG, or a game's own Windows installer. Games download into the app's own storage and take about as much space as they do on a PC, so keep enough free space for the games you install. Signing in, downloading and checking your account need an internet connection. Online modes that need BattlEye or other kernel anti-cheat do not work. How well a game runs depends on the game and the device; newer devices with more memory run more games, and the library shows each game's compatibility before you play.

Purchases

PlayPc Full Access is a one-time purchase of $2.99, or PlayPc Full Access Weekly for $0.99 a week. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Tap Restore in PlayPc, or sign in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. To cancel the weekly subscription, open your Apple Account settings, then Subscriptions. A free SharkPond account plays for 3 days.

Accounts

Delete your SharkPond account in PlayPc under Settings, Accounts, Delete Account. See the privacy policy for what the app sends and stores.

Source code

PlayPc includes libraries licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, versions 2.1 and 3. For at least three years after the last time a version of PlayPc is distributed, anyone can ask by email for the complete corresponding source code of those libraries with PlayPc's changes, the object files and link commands needed to relink the app with a modified library, and the instructions for signing and installing it, for no more than the cost of providing them. The full list is in the app under Settings, About, Components, Source code.
